Terms of Service

1. Who we are

US LLC Bridge is a service of ⁨InnovaBeam LLC⁩, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming filing ID ⁨2026-002030722⁩). You can reach us at ⁨hello@usllcbridge.com⁩.

2. What we do

For the price shown on our pricing page, we:

• file the Articles of Organization for a single-member Wyoming LLC, using the details you give us
• act as your company's registered agent for the first year
• prepare a single-member operating agreement
• prepare your EIN application (Form SS-4) and send it to the IRS by fax
• give you a compliance calendar with your main yearly deadlines

3. What we don't do

We are not a law firm, and we don't give legal, tax or financial advice. We don't recommend a state, a company type or a tax structure: we file what you instruct.

We don't open bank accounts or payment-processor accounts, and we don't file tax returns, including Form 5472. We can't guarantee that any bank, payment processor or other third party will accept your company.

4. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 and the only owner of the company. We can't serve residents of countries or regions where US sanctions prevent us from providing company formation services. If we can't legally serve you, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you give us is true and complete, and that the passport you upload is yours. Your legal name must match your passport exactly.

After formation, you're responsible for your company's obligations, including the Wyoming annual report, US federal filings such as Form 5472, and any tax or reporting obligations in your own country. Your compliance calendar lists the main US deadlines, but meeting them is your responsibility.

6. Timelines

The timelines on our site are our honest estimates. Wyoming approval and your EIN are controlled by the state and the IRS. The EIN typically takes 2–6 weeks after we fax your application; we can't speed it up or guarantee a date.

7. Documents and your signature

You authorize us to file your Articles of Organization and to send your SS-4 to the IRS using the details you gave us. We place the signature you saved on your operating agreement and SS-4 only after you've reviewed and approved each document in your dashboard, and we check your SS-4 against your passport before sending it.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. No work begins until your payment is confirmed.

From your second year, the registered agent service renews yearly at the price on our pricing page. We'll email you an invoice before it's due. Wyoming requires every LLC to have a registered agent: if a renewal isn't paid, we may stop acting as your registered agent after telling you, and you'll need to appoint another one.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Limits of our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for decisions made by government agencies, banks or other third parties, or for losses caused by incorrect information you gave us, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that order. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
