Every line below maps to a real cost. Once we've paid a cost to someone else on your behalf, we can't recover it.
Before we submit your filing to Wyoming
Everything you paid ($399 at full price)
After we submit the filing, before Wyoming approves it
What you paid minus $129 ($270 at full price). The Wyoming filing fee ($104) and the first-year registered agent cost ($25) are already spent and can't be recovered.
After Wyoming approves your LLC
No refund. The core service has been delivered.
EIN delays or IRS rejection
No refund. EIN timing is controlled by the IRS. We disclose this before you pay, and you confirm it before checkout.
Yearly registered agent renewal
A full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
If you used a promotion code, refunds are based on the amount you actually paid. We never refund more than you paid.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@usllcbridge.com from the address on your account, and include your company name. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, to the original payment method.
