The Wyoming Secretary of State reviews and approves the filing. We send you the stamped Articles.

Your operating agreement
Same day as approval
We send your single-member operating agreement, filled in and ready to sign.

You sign your SS-4
Ready within 2 business days of approval
We prepare your EIN application (Form SS-4). You review and sign it. We check it against your passport, then fax it to the IRS.

The IRS issues your EIN
2–6 weeks
This step is controlled by the IRS and we can't speed it up. We'll email you the moment your EIN letter arrives.
