Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

⁨InnovaBeam LLC⁩, a Wyoming limited liability company, is responsible for your data. Contact: ⁨hello@usllcbridge.com⁩.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address, name and preferred language.
• Application: country of residence, nationality, whether you have an SSN or ITIN, your business activity and description, your preferred company names, legal name, date of birth, residential address and phone number.
• Documents: an image of your passport's photo page, an optional proof of address, and the signature you draw or upload.
• Records of your confirmations: when you tick an acknowledgement, confirm your name or approve a document, we record the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent.
• Payment: Stripe processes your card. We keep the amount, currency and status of your payment, never your card details.
• Technical: your IP address, used to guess your country so we can show the site in Arabic or English, and a record of the emails we send you (address, type and status).

3. Why we use it

To form your company and apply for your EIN; to act as your registered agent; to communicate with you about your order; to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations; to prevent fraud and comply with US sanctions rules; and to keep the service secure. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.

4. Who we share it with

• The Wyoming Secretary of State, to file your company. Some filing details, such as your company name and registered agent, become public record.
• The IRS, when we send your EIN application.
• Our registered agent partner, so it can receive official documents for your company.
• Service providers that process data for us: Google Firebase (accounts, database and file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and ipapi.co (country lookup from your IP address).

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Your passport

Only you and the founder can view your passport file. It's never available through a public link, and every time the founder opens it, the access is logged. We delete passport and proof-of-address files 6 months after your order is delivered.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and application data while you're our client, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your account; we'll delete everything we're not required to keep.

7. Cookies and similar storage

We set one cookie to remember your language choice. Firebase stores your sign-in session in your browser. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

8. Where your data is processed

Our service providers process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ⁨hello@usllcbridge.com⁩. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

10. Age

The service is only for people aged 18 or over.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
