Wyoming LLC formation for the Arab world
Your US company, with every price and every step visible.
We file your Wyoming LLC, act as your registered agent for the first year, prepare your operating agreement and apply for your EIN. We'll give you real prices and real timelines, including the slow parts.
- $399 total, Wyoming state fee included
- About 3–7 weeks, including the EIN
- No SSN or US address needed
Who this is for
- Founders in the Gulf and across the Arab world who want a US company for their business.
- Expats living in the Gulf. We record your nationality separately from where you live, because the two can mean different obligations.
- People with no SSN, no ITIN and no US address. That's normal, and it's the situation our process is built for.
Not a fit yet: companies with more than one owner, states other than Wyoming, or anyone who needs a bank account or tax filing.
What's included in $399
- Wyoming LLC formation. We file your Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State. The $104 state fee is included.
- Registered agent for the first year: a Wyoming address that receives official documents for your company.
- A single-member operating agreement with your details filled in, ready to sign.
- Your EIN application by fax. We prepare Form SS-4 and fax it to the IRS. No SSN needed.
- A bilingual compliance calendar with your annual report date, agent renewal date and the Form 5472 deadline.

What we don't promise
Some services promise these things to win your order. We'd rather you know now, before you pay.
A US bank account
We don't open bank accounts or arrange introductions. Banks decide whom they accept, and many turn down non-resident owners.
PayPal or Stripe
PayPal generally rejects non-residents who don't have an SSN, even with a US LLC and an EIN. We don't set up PayPal, Stripe or any other payment processor.
Your EIN by a certain date
The IRS controls EIN timing. It typically takes 2–6 weeks after we fax your application, and nobody can guarantee a date.
Tax filing or tax advice
We don't file US or local taxes. Your compliance calendar shows the Form 5472 deadline, but filing it is your responsibility, usually with an accountant.
Legal advice
We aren't a law firm. We file what you instruct, and we won't tell you which state or company type to choose.
Urgency
No countdown timers, no "limited spots", no "#1 in the field". Decide in your own time.

Common questions
Do I need an SSN or ITIN?
No. Most of our clients have neither. Without an SSN or ITIN, the EIN is applied for by fax using Form SS-4, and that's the process we handle. It's slower than the online route, which is why the EIN takes 2–6 weeks.
How long does the EIN take?
Typically 2–6 weeks after we fax your application. The IRS controls this and we can't speed it up. We'll email you the moment it arrives.
Can I get PayPal with a US LLC?
Probably not. PayPal generally rejects non-residents who don't have an SSN, even when the company is a US LLC with an EIN. We don't set up PayPal, and we'd rather tell you now than after you've paid.
Will you open a US bank account for me?
No. We don't open bank accounts or arrange introductions. Banks decide whom they accept.
What does it cost in total?
$399 one-time, which includes the $104 Wyoming filing fee. From year 2: $199 a year for the registered agent, plus Wyoming's annual report fee ($60 minimum), paid to the state. The pricing page lists everything.
